Poster Session

Poster Guidelines

1. Please note the following details for the poster dimensions The poster should be in the portrait format, with the following dimensions: Poster Size- 3 ft. (width) x 4 ft. (height) or 36 inches (width) x 48 inches (height) Format: Portrait

Any other format such as landscape will not be accepted for display.

The abstract should not exceed 500 words.

Venue of poster session - Lecture Hall Complex (LHC)

2. Please be mindful of appropriate permissions while presenting copyright images.

3. Please be mindful of prospective journal policies before presenting unpublished data. Responsibility for the data rests on the presenter.

4. The necessary poster stationaries (Clips, Tapes, Curtains etc.) will be provided from IISER TVM.

FAQ

1. What if my poster size does not match with the recommended size? Will my poster be disqualified?
Yes. Stick to the recommended size. It will better fit with our poster display stand/curtain.

2. What are the guidelines for poster winners giving talks on the final day?
If chosen as a poster winner to present on the final day, you will be provided with information before 10th December 2024.

3. What if, I want to present a poster, but I forgot to include this information on the registration form?
Please re-register on the website before the deadline.
